Thank you for providing a review of your Terns. We are so sorry to hear that the wear in process is taking a little while and that you have experienced blisters.
As unpleasant as they are, blisters the first few times you wear a shoe are not uncommon. However, we understand your frustrations. We recommend massaging the leather in the spots that rub and also wearing thick socks whilst you wear in the shoes.
We do have a miracle cure to help prevent future blisters. We have arranged for some of our magic gel spots to be sent out to you to pop into the shoes where they are rubbing. Hopefully this will help you avoid future blisters. If you have further problems, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
