“This is my first Bared purchase after hearing and reading rave reviews. Can tell shoes are well made, but the strap is tiny and barley meets around my ankle - no chance of doing it up. Have Several sandals and Mary Janes from other brands (camper, miz mooz, bisabo, bionic) and have never experienced this before (usually use a hole towards the middle). Posting this as no reviews mentioned this issue. Customer service has been great and look forward to trying alternatives, which are on their way.”
