“I had struggled to find sleek Chelsea boots to wear comfortably all day with my full foot orthotic –until I tried the woodpecker. The heel height is comfortable enough to wear all day and the shoe is deep to accommodate my orthotic. I have a wide foot with a high arch, and the pointy toe allows comfortable wear without toe squashing or looking ‘too long’. I am true to size in all my bared shoes and this one was no different. I particularly like the all black heel and leather, so I can wear in the corporate environment as well as on the weekends. Definitely well worth the spend on this quality shoe.”

“I bought these boots in the last bared sale and love them!! The tan colour is lovely and they are super comfortable. I was deciding between these and the tan Cardinal boots but went with Woodpeckers as I thought they looked a bit dressier and I already have Cardinals in black. They are equally comfortable but a little lower in the ankle and they are easier to get on and off while Cardinals take some wearing in!!. I think they look great with pants and dresses.”
