“First, let me talk about the customer service... they have been absolutely incredible! I wish every company modelled their customer service management off Bared Footwear, because they were quick, efficient and friendly (special shout out to Frederica for helping me!)! When the size I ordered arrived, they didn't quite fit nicely in the heel, so I asked Bared Footwear for advice. Frederica replied promptly, she had already sent a size smaller to my house, with toe grips, as well as advice on what to feel for and try out! The second pair arrived quickly, which allowed me to compare sizes in the comfort of my own home. Honestly, they went above and beyond!
Second, let's talk about the fit... these are THE MOST comfortable heels I have ever put on my feet! They caress your heels so your weight is a lot more evenly distributed, than just on your toes. For these heels I did end up going with the smaller size but I did request a wide fit, so if you order wide then I would probably try a smaller size than your normal. They are quite tall and the straps do feel quite thin but you still feel secure.
Finally, the overall aesthetic...DAMN! Those shoes make your legs look long and slim! I'm short and these shoes don't cut me off - they elongate my legs (just what I need!). The colour (chilli) is a fantastic pop of orangey-red that brightens up any work outfit or dresses up an evening outfit!

“Received my beige leather Rosellas recently. Am always a 38 in Bared shoes, but these seemed a little roomy - both over the top of my foot in the toe box and also generally in length. Contacted Bared who immediately sent me some gel pads to try in the toes. Didn’t make much difference - jury is still out - may have to go down a size...”
“Absolutely adored these shoes when they arrived but unfortunately I think the sizing runs little large - I'm normally a 5.5-6 but neither the 36 or 37 fit. They seem like they would be super comfy though and are very good quality. If they were still available in the smaller sizes I would definitely be exchanging them.”

The wide footbed on these shoes make them extremely comfortable to wear. The strap at the ankle is extremely flattering to both the foot and leg. I wouldn’t usually wear a pair of shoes with a strap, but these are a stunner, I will defiantly purchase another pair in a different color.”
