“I bought my first pair of Bared Thorntail sneakers (navy suede with silver) online. I have quite narrow feet, and thought they may have been a bit wide, but as the return/exchange policy was very transparent I wasn't overly concerned. They came with 2 pairs of innersoles - turns out one was perfect and I used the second pair in different pair of sneakers. Straight from the box to my feet they were so comfortable. I bought them for a New York trip that I knew would involve a lot of walking, and they never let me down. They feel secure through the foot but roomy in the toes. They are cut low, so are flattering to the ankle and the tongue doesn't stick up like on some other sneakers. I am now in a dilemma about which sandals to buy for summer - I want them all!”
“After having my ankle operated on last year, I was looking for a casual lace up shoe that had support that wasn't a runner. These shoes are the best. After a day where they rubbed a bit on the ankle, a quick change of socks and they ended up being more comfortable than my Birkenstocks on holiday. So comfortable.”

“LOVE LOVE LOVE my Thorntails. Looking for a shoe that isn't a granny shoe but at the same time offers the support you need - you can't go much further for a nice casual shoe. Have worn mine everywhere, casual days at work, on the weekend, trip to Europe - all the walking on cobblestone and no issues for my feet. Winning! If you are umming and ahhing, stop and just get them, wish I had of bought a pair sooner.”
