“Ordered online during the sale and disappointed that they were miles too big despite using the sizing chart and previous size. However the customer service was responsive and excellent, sending me 2 new styles to try and easy returns. In the absence of a bricks and mortar store nearby, this is critical. I'd be confident to buy again.”
