I bought the navy Albatross in size 38 online and I couldn't be happier with the style and comfort factor. The flexible straps hug my ankles and foot bones without any discomfort. I feel stable when walking in these and don't feel like I need to contort to keep my balance like I do with other high heels.
My feet did slip forward a little, though, making my big toes hang ever so slightly over the edges. A leaflet that came with the shoes suggested using insoles if the fit isn't quite right. I bought Killer Kushionz by Foot Petals from Myer (also at David Jones), and they're working a treat by keeping my heels in place.
