“The instructions on the bottle include shake well but this cream is so thick that’s impossible while the bottle is new/full. I used this on some boots and then my leather makeup bag and purse and a bag. This product has restored the worn corners on my bag and it no longer looks like the Sahara. It’s a white cream but dries transparent. It’s quite thick and has a strong smell when damp but that smell goes away once you’ve finished your job. I like that this is in a bottle (with cute label) rather than a tube as the tubes always get bent and the caps often break. I’d buy this again over the conditioners I usually buy at shoe shops.”
