The heel structure is supportive and covers the back of the foot well. However, I needed the gel heel self adhesive insert to "lift" my heel slightly-there was some rubbing occurring initially. We're so sorry to hear you’re experiencing blisters. We know they can be really uncomfortable.
As unpleasant as they are, blisters are common the first few times you wear a new pair of shoes and will usually resolve themselves quite quickly. Wear the shoes at home first before taking them for a spin outside so you can take them off if you start to experience any discomfort.
We recommend wearing your shoes around the house with socks to start with. Leather is reactant to heat and pressure – the more heat and pressure you apply, the more the shoes will soften.
You can also massage any stiff areas of the leather with your fingers. This is a great way to get the leather moving and apply a bit of extra heat, without risking any irritation to your feet.
We also have Magical Gel Spots which designed to reduce friction and painful rubbing or blisters. All you need to do is stick the gel spots to the problem area in your shoes.
