Unfortunately the boots were a bit tight across the top of my foot and causing some pain. I couldn’t wear them for longer than 30 minutes before the pain set in. I took the original insoles out and the boots fit perfectly - zero pain! But I didn’t want to go without insoles, so I contacted the team via web chat and they sent out a complimentary ‘fit kit’ with thinner insoles to solve the problem. This is why Bared Footwear shoes are a great investment; beautiful shoes and really good customer service.”
