“I bought these to wear on a holiday to Vietnam. It felt risky wearing brand new shoes overseas, but they were such a great choice. I walked tens of thousands of steps in these shoes with no problem, and have worn them constantly since my return either with socks or on their own. Love!!”
“Feels very comfortable and looks good. Took one star only because it makes a squeaking noise when I walk since the air gets in as the sandal feels a little too big. It helped when I tightened the straps but the noise still comes in every now and then.”
“I was really looking forward to these as I needed a slightly less casual sandal for work. They were unfortunately quite heavy and cloddy, while the upper is made of a thinner more pliable leather that doesn't fully support the weight of the base of the shoe. I get why the upper was made thinner and more pliable though, so it doesn't "bite" your feet! I have bony flat feet and the front of the shoe is roomy, a bit too roomy for my needs. I didn't get any blisters (on first wear, or after), but my feet did ache from flopping around the inside of the shoe - this got better after I added gel insoles. I also had to punch additional holes on my own so the strap would fit more snugly and the shoe wouldn't flop around so much. Literally got a tiny hammer and screwdriver, and punctured in holes. For this price though, I would have not wanted to do any customisation to that extent!”
