I emailed customer service for assistance to exchange and can't be more pleased with their assistance. I received call and email promptly. After I explained my dilemma they suggested they will sent me paint one size smaller before I mailed the 39 back so I can compare the fit . I am awaiting for them to arrive.”

Customer service was great. I was worried I was between a 38 and39 so they sent both for me to try (especially impressive since I'm in the US). I'm usually a US 8.5 or 9 (narrow/med) and the 39 worked best for me, though it was close. I used their helpful chat service online and it was easy to send the other pair back.”
