“I bought another style online. Few days later, got a call from Bared informing me that there was an error with its inventory system. The shoes in my size were sold out. I was offered with several options to change or refund, etc. I asked to think about it and contacted them back on the next day via live chat which was very responsive. Also, received a call afterwards to confirm my order. My new shoes, Towhee, were expressed posted to me. Unfortunately, the shoes were quite narrow and seems to be a tad too small. I went in to the Sydney store to exchange size. Received excellent customer service. Although the size I'm after was not available in store, but was organised and posted to me few days later. Great experience and will definitely buy again because more importantly the shoes are super comfortable. I want to get a higher heels!”
“I bought myself a pair of the Towhees for a wedding; comfort wise they were excellent, I could wear them all night and had no foot pain. However I was pretty disappointed with the quality of the shoe as after one night of wear, the leather lining had actually worn around the toes and heel of the shoe. Customer service were professional and excellent in organising alternative options. Although comfortable, a disappointing experience for the price and quality of the shoes.”

“I was hunting down some low heel sandals to where with a lace dress in cream but they just didn’t look right and white was to bright next to the lace, the sand colour and fit is perfect. The original sandals I ordered weren’t right so I was sent theses ones after talking to the help desk I have a bit wider feet and they swell. service is unbelievable”
