“This is a gorgeous heel for summer. The size in this style runs a little short and as I sit generally between a 38 and 39 it was hard to decide what to order. However Bared exchanges are so easy to manage, and the 39 has now been shipped to me to try and I will just return the size that I don't need. This gives me the opportunity to try them on together to be sure. Such a fantastic option for those out of Melbourne.”

“These are so stylish and quite comfortable to walk in. Usually I'm a size 7 (37) but sized half a size up to the 7.5 (38) as per the website's recommendation. When I got them, I felt that one shoe was a good fit but the other was loose and the back strap kept falling off, so I contacted customer service through email to exchange to 7, my normal size. I spoke to a CS rep and they actually sent me a 7 at no extra cost to me so that I could compare the two shoes before deciding which pair to keep. Immediately I noticed that 7 was uncomfortable and 7.5 was actually much better, and I also noticed that I could adjust the positioning of the inner strap so that it wouldn't fall off. Now I'm sending the 7 back (they provided me with a shipping label) and am keeping the half size up :) Good customer service! Thanks Bared! Will be wearing for upcoming weddings.”
