“These beautiful shoes rubbed against one of my heels the first time I wore them. I'm adjusting the straps, hoping that if I can restrict the movement more this will not happen. Popped a gel cushion on the heel but that helped a little but the rubbing looked like it was from the top of the heel cup on the shoe.”
