“Unfortunately have not found them nearly as comfortable as other reviews :( sized down slightly based on reviews but thinking that might have been the issue with them rubbing over my forefoot. Have attempted about four wears but not getting better. Cute style though!”

“I love Bared shoes and boots, and the brand is my go to for flats and boots - such a great range, styling and so comfortable. But these Bittern sandals didn't work, and I tried really hard as I'd been looking for sandals like this for decades (literally!). I have a narrow foot, and the toe box was way too wide (and yes I put the gel insert in), but that's my fault for not returning shoes that didn't fit me. That wasn't the main problem. I think the heel strap was too flimsy to support the weight and design of the shoe. It dug into my heel tendon too much, meaning i couldn't walk uphill in these sandals. Only I didn't realise this until I walked outside, after which I could not return them. I gave them to the Savlos in the end, kind of expensive mistake. Perhaps if the heel was closed in, it would work better for me.”
