“These are wonderfully comfortable walking sandals straight out of the box. The woven design is tight enough that my toes are not poking through any gaps. I usually buy 38 because I have wide feet. Based on other reviews, I sized down to 37. The 37 are still a bit long but the perfect width for me.”

“I love these Bittern sandals - the colour of the tan leather, the super-comfortable footbed, the style, and the fact that they go with so many different outfits. The only reason that I haven't given them a 5-star rating is because they are taking a little while to wear in. There are a lot of pieces of leather and my foot is wider, so the shoes are still rubbing in one place on each foot. However, I am confident that the leather will continue to soften and give (they have started to already). One other thing that might be worth mentioning is that the sandals are quite heavy, due to the rubber soles. I don't mind this and it doesn't affect the comfort, but probably worth knowing.”
