“I mostly wear 39 in Bared, but the 38 fits me better in this style (I'm US size 8 - 8.5)
In the 39 I felt my heel wasn't being held in the heel cup properly when I strapped in securely, and there seemed a lot of room in the toe box. In the 38 all of these issues improved, and bittern wasn't too narrow for me - I think I have normal-width feet. I hope this helps anyone debating size!
