“I cannot give a rating as I still have not received the package. It got held up in customs and then they provided tracking information that states they attempted to deliver the package but were not able to deliver it. I have been home all day and no one rang the doorbell so I do not know what the issue is. The tracker does not provide any information about who the US delivery service is so I am not sure who to contact. I do not know why they could not deliver it but wonder if it is because if requires signature (which I think is odd and would have appreciated getting a heads' up about if this is the case, but in any case I could provided this if a delivery attempt was actually made and the delivery servie rang the doorbell). I wish I knew to expect long delays with shipment and I hope I am able to get the package soon. I would also appreciate knowing who to contact to help with this delivery. Thank you!”
