“Very sturdy and well made boots but definitely took some work to find the right size. Im normally a US size 9 or 40 European and even the 39 was too long. I had to size down to a 38 (im never a 38 in anything) and theres stil plenty of room in the toe. They are very tight across the bridge of the foot, ankle and shaft due to the insoles but with wear they are stretching a bit. Great return policy and easy exchange. Loved that you can order an alternate size to try at no extra charge. Would definitely buy from this company again.”
“So far it’s been too warm to wear these outside but I’ve worn them around the house to get a sense of comfort. Three conclusions so far: (1) they’re really stunning boots that go with almost everything, (2) they’re some of my most comfortable heels of any kind to date, and (3) Bared customer service is truly beyond measure. When I wasn’t sure about sizing (stuck with the 38’s, typically US 8 in shoes) they sent me pairs of both shoes I ordered in the alternative size so I could try them on, no extra charge. I cannot overstate the value of this given the price of these shoes. They want to make sure you’re happy and even reached out via email to check in on sizing. Great shoes, great company. 10/10 recommend.”
