“Love the look of these boots! Haven't had a chance to wear them yet but they seem comfortable except the leather is a bit rigid around the knee so I'm hoping they soften up with wear becuase it looks a bit strange.”

The email stated while being packed, it was noted the boots had a few wrinkles from being tried on in store. The email had 3 photos attached with 3 options so for me to choose from. I was blown away by the customer care I received. I chose to go ahead with the order and an $80 bared gift card. When I received my order the boots were perfect and the wrinkles I was notified about would have happened within the first wear anyway. I am beyond delighted!!! The boots are gorgeous, have a very large calf (as is the style), are comfortable, do not aggrevate my morton's neuromas and very easy to walk in.”
