“The shoe looks so chic and perfect for work. I wasn't sure about the sizing because I'm in between sizes (36.5) so I got 37 thinking I could remove the insoles if it was too tight. But not even that helped and it was too tight. I went in-store to exchange for the next size up and it fit perfect. To add the in-store process was smooth and the service was top notch.”

“Almost all the loafers I’ve tried before this pair were always too tight around the toes since my feet are a bit wider. These loafers fit me relatively well, mainly due to the fit kit. I use the slimmest sole which gives me that extra bit of space I need at the toes. I’ve only worn the pair a few times, and one of my toes does rub a bit. This style might not be suitably for people with really wide feet. They do slip out at the back slightly when I walk, but that’s probably unavoidable for me. Despite this, they’re pretty comfy and I think they’ll get comfier as the leather relaxes with more wear.”
