“I was happy with the shoes and the help to find my size intially. I was happy to pay more for a pair of shoes that would last. I purchased care products and followed the care guide. These have not lasted. The back collapsed within a month or so. Within the upper part of the shoe has come away from the sole and the heel has began to fall off. I am disappointed and will not be purchasing again.”

“I brought these shoes hoping I would be able to keep them for a long time. After a few months of wear the back has collapsed in above the inner sole and the soles are already wearing out. I expected more from a shoe this price. Customer service are helpful in finding sizes though.”

Chunky, but not too chunky for my small frame. Great quality and design with the added bonus of being able to tailor the fit according to socks/ tights I wear. Very happy customer. Visited beautiful city store with my daughter recently and received fantastic customer service even though we didn’t purchase anything on the day. Our sales assistant couldn’t have been more helpful.”
“I'm always inbetween sizes, and there is no shoe where size matters more than a leather loafer! But because they send with insoles, pads etc -- I was pretty much able to make a customizable shoe. And while they caution to break them in, I walked in mine after just a few rounds around the house! Highly recommend!”
