“These flats are gorgeous, with the black velvet very versatile for dressing up or dressing down. Took a little to wear in, as the extra padding on the heel rubbed terribly at first. Went into Bared and they advised to rub some conditioner into the part that rubbed (to soften it up) and use the thinner footbed. Worked a treat! I have a wide and chubby foot and the rounded toe is a good fit.”
