“These have been comfortable right out of the box. My only negative is that after spending all day walking in them (15000 steps later), the padding under the heel collapsed into the base of the shoe (for reference I am tiny and not at all overweight), which left 3 little circle like divots. It then acted like a suction cup and I ended up with painful blisters underneath both heels. A quick application of the magic gel spots has since solved that problem and they’re back to being incredibly comfortable.”
