“Following a recommandation by my wife I bought this model for everyday wear in the office and so long the quality seems to be convincing. Unfortunately the fit is not accurate. And this was exactly the fact I was frightening of when I asked if I could order a second size in order to be sure that it was the correct one. As I got the answer that this was not possible (only at Women's shoes) I decided to order the larger one 45 (referring to my size at Specialized) instead of the smaller one (reffering to New Balance). And this was definitly the wrong decicision, because not even using the fit kit (I was sent later) helped me to get an accurate fit. So I don't think I'll use this beautiful pair of shoes very often. And for the moment thanks to this disappointment I'm not convinced of ordering once again at your store.”
