“Had tried on the rust croc nene's in the store. However, I wanted a black pair so the shop arranged for them to be posted to me as they had none in the store. The shoes I tried on could be altered at the back strap and also the strap that goes over the foot, as is also shown on the website. However, when I received the black pair, only the back strap can be altered, the foot strap is fixed. I was initially disappointed but with the gel inserts that came with them, I have been able to make them fit better and am now happy with them.”
