“This is a well crafted shoe. I love the removable footbed. As someone with light arthritis this provides the opportunity to start the day with the normal insole and replace with a thinner one when the foot swells due to the condition. To me, this shoe feels more like a winter shoe as it's quite enclosed. Had a hard time to decide between black and ecru but figured I'd get more wear out of the black one. One star deducted due to the fact that you have to wear these shoes in bit by bit before they become ready for a full day of duty.”
