I was very impressed with the customer service at both Melbourne city and Armadale stores. I have a pair of boots that had a fault in them and they organised to have them repaired at not cost and returned to me in northern NSW. The repair was excellent.

“I have beenn eyeing off Bared shoes for a very long time. I finally splurged and bought these gorgeous Freira ballet flats. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. The fitting kit is fabulous, allowing you to customise the shoe to your needs however I did not need any adjustments. They are stunning, my only regret is that I didn't get them in pink also!
Only general feedback I have is that it would be great to offer a ballet flat without a strap - hard to do up for people like me who have back troubles.”
