“Even though some of the other reviewers said to size down, in brands other than Bared I'm a 38 and usually a 37 in Bared. The 37 was WAY too big but I was actually really impressed with customer service.. I used the online message tool and spoke with someone who organised not only an exchange but also suggested that I could try a different shoe as well. I tried the Avocat also in gold and 37. Her advice was to hang onto the one I had until the others arrived to compare. I was surprised they arrived very quickly (much quicker than the first pair). I was really torn between the Avocat and the Finchbill (for reference the Avocat size 37 was the right size as was the Finchbill in the 36) but ended up going for the Finchbill only because I felt I could cross over casual and work better. I sent the original pair and the Avocat back with a Bared prepaid posting label. Really impressed with the process.”
