“I'm a size 9 and bought the 40 in gold. They are so comfortable. Soft leather with fully adjustable ankle straps. I have a slightly wide foot and find most shoes to be uncomfortable. I put these on for work one morning and also packed spare shoes just in case, but never needed the backups. The toe area is roomy but this means the leather only gently touches your toes and front top of foot. They are elevated shoes and look gorgeous with long trousers for work, skirts and dresses and ankle length anything. They elongate your foot and make ankles look slim. I wish they came in plum or red or other fun colours!”
