“I have had several pairs of Bared shoes and have had no problems. I absolutely love these sandals and purchased a few months ago them for our overseas trip. Wore them around the house etc. with no problems. Worst decision ever! Aside from being uncomfortable to wear, they caused severe blisters on the top of my feet. I don’t recall the last time that a new pair of shoes trashed my feet so much. I have moved them on … such a waste of money!”

“I love the look of these shoes. However, after purchasing in February, I have realised I will only be able to wear them with my feet covered in bandaids or on occasions when I'm going to be doing minimal walking. I've only worn these on a handful of occasions and each time my feet have been cut up and left with large, painful blisters. I find the leather rubs excessively on the big toe and the inner part of my foot in several places. I had a similar experience with the coucal from a couple of years ago which are a similar, crossover style.”

“Bought these in the Sydney store a little while ago to have ready for warm weather. Started wearing last week. Blisters and small laceration on top of my feet. Uncomfortable despite the strap and Velcro. My first pr of Bared but maybe I should have stayed with Frankie 4.

“I am in between a size 5.5 and 6 in US size. I measured my foot according to the directions. Said for me to purchase size 35. Seems to fit wearing in the house. I have now worn them outside in Barcelona and the sandals are quite uncomfortable as the leather is leaving blisters on the inner side of both my feet. I have tried using the pad provided, but they do not stay on. The left foot also has a "farting" sound when I walk. Kinda disappointed with the sandal when paying almost $300 !!”

“These shoes are soft and beautiful. They have a very cool edgy look that makes even the plainest summer casual outfit feel put together. I have high arches and a flat instep with narrow feet so they are very wide on my foot-- even with the adjustable straps but they are still very comfortable for walking long distances and standing. It feels like I am standing on a high end anti fatigue kitchen mat.”
