“I ordered my shoes online and I picked them up from the shop. I didn’t have time to inspect them on the day. As I know I can try them on at home. My pair of Lari came with obvious wrinkles on the cross over straps. I took them back to the shop and the kind lady at the shop rubbed some balm over them to rehydrate them. So I thought that solved the issue. I started wearing them thinking the wrinkles will resolve over time. Unfortunately, they didn’t go away. What’s worse is that I walked thru the front lawn outside the house in one morning (dew grass). I didn’t pay much attention to the sandals as I have other leather sandals and they are pretty good with moisture/rain.
But later that morning I realized the straps of both my sandals have “wet bumps” . I suspect the moist got into the strap through the wrinkles
I am really upset about them as they are literally a few days old. I only started wearing them this week ! Other than that, the front straps cut into the front of my feet and I had to tolerate that discomfort. I am more put off by the quality of the leather straps than the pain at this stage. :(”

“This is my second pair of Bared Footwear shoes. I love my first pair: they look nice and are very comfortable, even if I wear them for a long time.
I love these too. They are gorgeous and very comfortable. But one day I wore them all day and got blisters on top of my feet. I put band aids on, but I am afraid if I don’t, I will get blisters again. Can I change them for a different pair of shoes?”
