“Love these shoes so much! I was struggling to find shoes for a wedding overseas, I’m tall and have bad knees these days so heels were out, and then my podiatrist recommended Bared and I found these! I contacted customer service and placed a pair in my size on hold - that process was unbelievably easy, I called and spoke to someone straight away, they contacted the store and placed them on hold and emailed me confirmation to show at the counter.
They are such comfortable shoes, I danced all night at the wedding, the straps are soft but secure. Very happy with this purchase!”
“These sandals are gorgeous and so comfortable but I struggled enormously with the buckle. It is in a rather awkward spot quite far back and with a very narrow strap I just could not get them done up - I am in my 60s and just don’t have the flexibility for such a tiny buckle in such a tricky spot. When on they looked fabulous and were really comfy. Such a shame!!
Sadly they went back and the wonderful ladies in store helped me find another style that suited my needs much better. They really listened and went out if their way to make sure I was satisfied.”
