“Loved the style of these but they were just too narrow for my feet (across both the widest part of my foot and the cut of the ankle strap was - I'm obviously on the outer edge of the 'average foot' bell curve). Absolutely gutted to return them, but took them to the store in Newmarket and had an excellent experience with the team there, who helped me find an alternative style sandal that had more custom-fitting options. The exchange process was really simple and efficient.
