“These shoes are incredibly comfortable - no complaints there. The heel is a bit higher than I expected from the online picture, but it actually gives a flattering boost, making me feel taller and slimmer.
However, I did run into an issue. As someone who isn’t very flexible and struggles to touch my toes, putting these shoes on was quite a challenge. The strap and buckle are placed on the outside, which makes them difficult to fasten - especially when you can’t clearly see what your doing. Most of my pervious strappy shoes had a buckle on the inside, which makes it easy to secure by resting my foot on my knee.
Unfortunately, with these, I nearly threw my back out trying to get them on. Going forward, I’ll be avoiding shoes with outside buckles and I’d caution others to double check buckle placement when shopping online - it can be easily missed.
They do look great with my dress, so I’ll wear them once, but after that they’ll probably end up stored away.”
