“They say they give good customer service but not never revived my shoes. They were stuck in customs and the company could have cared less. Took my $313 and I have yet to see a pair of shoes 6 weeks later!”

We’re so sorry to hear you still haven’t received your shoes since your order was placed in early July. Waiting this long, especially for something you were excited about, is incredibly disappointing. This definitely isn’t the experience we want for you, and we’ve felt just as disheartened seeing your parcel delayed in customs for so long.
We see you’ve been in touch with us and your order was held up due to ongoing issues with US Customs clearance, which have impacted a number of international parcels in recent weeks. While we’re actively monitoring your parcel and doing everything we can from our end, unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control—and we know how incredibly frustrating that is.
We’re still keeping a very close eye on it, and if the parcel doesn’t move soon, we’ll be continuing to escalate it. We look forward to getting this resolved for you soon.
