However, after reaching out to the team with rubbed and sore ankles they sent me (for free - not much is free these days) some gel heel inserts. I put those in readjusted the inserts and wow it is like walking on a cloud - soft and dreamy - my morton's neuroma has settled and I look forward to buying by next Bared shoes”
