I have tried wearing them without my orthotics and with the inbuilt liner but they do not provide enough heel lift and result in sore feet.”

Thanks for your review! The great thing about our shoes are that the footbeds can be removed to accommodate your orthotics. :)
You could always pose the question to your podiatrist if there is something they can do to make the orthotics a bit more cushioned. Alternatively, you're always more then welcome to come in store to see if we can make them a bit more comfortable for you or take advantage of our Virtual Fittings. At the end of the day, we want you to feel super comfy and love our shoes.
