“These extremely comfortable and stylish sandals are my first purchase of Bared Footwear. The chunky sole and broad straps create a slightly retro/bohemian silhouette - very Greek fisherman! I really appreciate the closed toe, too: it amplifies the utilitarian cool, and, unlike all my usual open-toed sandals, hides non-pedicured toenails! The closed toe also gives me more options year round: I plan to wear these sandals with cute socks when the weather is cooler. The comfort factor is what really thrills me, though: there is room for my wide feet, the padding on the inside of the heel piece is beautifully soft, and the straps and sole are supple - all of which meant I happily walked 4 km without soreness or blisters on the sandals' first outing. They are a little longer than my normal size 39 so I sized down to 38.
