I wear orthotics & broke my ankle on a previous trip so knew i needed something to keep me comfortable in the cold Japan weather. These are perfect. My orthotics fit great & width wise they're also great. When i tried in store the girl measured me as a 39 but i purchased in a 40 (the 39 felt more snug than I'd like) so i dont know if they run slightly small or if its just a preferance thing.”
