“The customer service is off the charts and the boot exceeds all expectaions. Ordered a size too large and theysent a "loaner" boot that was PERFECT! All this hhappened the week before a business trip. I walked for 2 miles in them the first day. I ALWAYS get blisters and pain especially in a dress shoe. I expected a little and was comfortable all day. Better then my sneakers. i have never had a pair of shoes this comfortable or had better customer service. They look great too. Unbelievably good.”

They bunch a little around the ankle but this is to be expected with soft stretch leather and doesn’t detract from the overall look. “Love these boots! I’m on my feet for 8 hours a day and haven’t had any problems wearing them to work. The sole is very ergonomic and supportive, the leather is buttery soft, and they actually fit my calves the way they’re supposed to. You can likely size down unless you need a wider fit. I’m usually a true 8 (39) but I found a 38 to be a much comfier fit.”
