“I've loved all of my other Bared shoes and have never had any issues with them, which is why this was so disappointing. The heel on this particular pair broke after only a few months of wear. I've now owned the shoes for 11 months and never got around to doing anything about it after last winter. I recently wanted to wear them again, only to realise I still can't because the heel is broken. Given the quality I've come to expect from Bared, I expected them to last much longer. Unfortunately, this pair hasn't lived up to that standard.”

Heel caps are rubber protectors designed to help extend the life of your shoes. They’re a replaceable component and are intended to be renewed once they show signs of wear. On occasion, they can come off earlier than expected, which appears to be what’s happened here.
