“I love these shoes, but what I loved even more was the most amazing customer service I have ever had . I initially got a size 37 after trying them on in store but after wearing them out I realised they were actually too small … Bared customer service sorted me out with the next size up to try and these were perfect .. I was able to return the 37, they were SO understanding, polite and quick in their responses … cannot say a bad word at all about this company .. they were absolutely incredible to deal with .

“I bought these Forktail woven shoes about 2 months ago and have worn them a fair bit. I tried them on in store and I am glad I did as I ended up sizing down one size. The woven nature of the leather gives quite a lot so that is something to consider. Other than that these shoes are well made and comfortable.”
