“I purchased the sandals online, sight unseen. They are comfortable underfoot, but the toe strap is quite loose. The upside: I don't get blisters when my feet swell in warmer weather. The downside is that my feet slip forward, so the arch support is incorrectly positioned. Thinking I might need a smaller size, I visited the store and tried a size 36, but the shop assistant felt 37 was a better fit. I think 36.5 would suit me best, but unfortunately, half sizes are not available. Fortunately, I can reposition the movable ankle strap to prevent the forward slip. I tried using gel pads under the balls of my feet for a snug fit (as suggested by the assistant), but the friction caused blistering, so I've discarded them. My advice: don't buy online. Try them on in-store to make sure you're happy.”
