“Although the shoe fit me perfectly, something about the shape of the footbed gives me severe back pain even if I wear it for very short periods of time. I haven't been able to break it in when I wear it at home so I haven't taken this outside. Would the customer service team be able to advise? They're beautiful shoes and it seems such a shame.”

I am usually between a size 38 and 39, and found the 38 was a good length for my feet. The front was slightly wide for my standard width foot, but the gel pads fixed this.”
