“The body of the shoe is beautiful but unfortunately the heel is plastic (cheaply made), and the shape of the shoe means the heel is inclined to erode. I spent $60 resurfacing the heel the first time, then a further $120 replacing the plastic heels with good quality leather heels the second time (after the entire base of one heel fell off, which made the shoes unsafe to wear).”
