“The Caesium I ordered ended up having a slight scratch on it, andnot being the best fit for me. I exchanged them for another products and the staff were super helpful and accomodating, even honouring a discount price I paid for the original shoe when the exchange shoe wasn't on sale.
The shoes are also super comfy, and as someone who's had a lot of issues with plantar faciitis, the support and cushioning makes it one of the only casual shoes I can walk around in comfortably all day.
