“From start to finish, my experience was excellent! These boots are absolutely lovely - comfortable, graceful and simply elegant. Can easily dress up or dress down. Customer service was phenominal. I've never dealt with such responsiveness and help to make sure I had the size and comfort I needed. I usually wear a size 8 but the size 38 was too large. Bared then sent a size 37 which fits so well. The whole exchange process was so friendly, professional, warm, and easy (and from halfway around the world). Thank you!”
