“Runs large and customer service has been very disappointing when trying to exchange for a different size. It has been a week now waiting for them to even dispatch my order, with no updates or communication. The boots are an ok quality, but I wasn’t blown away given the price point. And the customer service and internal systems have been weak enough that I will not be a returning customer, or feel comfortable recommending the brand to friends.”
